One Million Electric Cars?!?

I do believe in change. There I said it. lol. In accordance to the goals set up by the Obama Administration, there should be 1 million electric cars on America's roads by the year 2015. It would be very interesting to me, just pull up and charge it. Right now the biggest challenge are the batteries. I mean it makes sense though, its an entire car.
